  3. Arrange terms directlyAvailability is guidance. Rent, deposits, rental terms, and payments stay between you and the agent.
  4. Share your EAP referral linkRewards are not active yet. Future eligibility requires current terms, a connected TheSocials account, a verified completed transaction, separate program activation, and provider review. A shared link or signup does not create a reward.
